Who we are The Pyongyang Business School was launched in the middle of 2004 with an inaugural lecture by the Director General of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). It takes the form of a Public Private Partnership (PPP) with Peninsula Partners Ltd., an enterprise representing a number of renowned international companies and investors based in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) and in charge of concept, promotion and implementation of the Business School. The Korean partners are the Flood Damage Rehabilitation Committee (under the auspices of the Cabinet), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Light Industries.
